pheka classes are small and intimate, with a fun, interactive and hands on approach – everyone participates to ensure a thorough understanding of the recipes – the classes are conducted in english, but recipes are provided in english and zulu – a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 12 – from 09h00 till 12h15 – the dishes taught have a slight unconventional twist to them

classes are conducted in a hosts kitchen – you have the option to host a class for a 30% discount on the course price – let us gather some friend’s domestics together in your neighbourhood and let them learn to cook in a homely environment – or otherwise place your name down for the next course in your area – the choice is yours – for those in the upper highway area i host in my kitchen in botha’s hill

what the student will receive
each student will receive a pheka apron, recipe file and a certificate on completion of the course – the students are given my number and are able to call me if any difficulties occur – the employer is kept in touch via email to ensure results are satisfactory – after each lesson the students get to taste what they have produced – and learn 4 to 5 different dishes
